Reiki and Sound Sessions
Initiated in the Usui Reiki lineage, we play with this concept of universal life energy during our time together. We start with a cup of tea, set the intention for our session and allow space for you to simply tune in and drop out. Our customized energy-work sessions are infused with breath-work, acupressure, NPL-style guided sound meditations, somatic practices, cupping, herbal allies, contemplations, journal prompts & more.

Our larger offering of reiki and sound sessions provides a sacred space for group gatherings, events, retreats, weddings, festivals, you name it! You can include a plant ally to mindfully guide the journey in a desired direction as well. We can consult on a fitting formula. Some popular choices are Cacao, Kava, or Blue Lotus.
