The craft of herbal alchemy came from years in the food and beverage industry and a special time in my life as a member of The Assemblage NYC. It was an honor to open 2 locations as a part of an herbal team of women to brew botanic elixirs at our Manhattan oasis of a conscious community, co-working house and event venue which also happened to be a hotel with an Ayurvedic kitchen upstairs. I have always felt at home in service and hospitality with a love for storytelling. So naturally, life came full circle through plant medicines instead of Western medical school. Now, after years of brewing, curating, farming, facilitating and growing, I am a doctoral student for clinical acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. The journey continues…and this modality is a fabulous way of grounding all of the esoteric and herbal studies into a structured health care providing path which understand the Emperor to be one’s Heart & Music as Medicine.

Music is a vital part of my own well-being. Rediscovering my authentic voice through art and music shifted how I expressed myself outwardly to the world -

it quite literally changed my life

Now an intigral part of my practice, music is a powerful tool we will use to shift, move and express moods and emotions from within our psyche

As a trauma informed facilitator, my ultimate goal is to provide you the opportunity to realize you're the only one who can heal yourself. This is not ‘light work.’ It takes courage. It takes a willingness to grow; to do better once we know better.

We aim to ignite the flame of self-love, self-acceptance, and self-realization within you, so that you may radiate your authentic truth out into the world. In this state of harmony, you become a beacon of light and inspiration, enriching the lives of those around you.

E ֍ Lumina Energetics is my ripple in the collective conscious; the love letter to my ever evolving craft of energetic offerings. A never ending craft, continuously learning through mentors, elders, careers, community, schooling, family, patients, pilgrimages, dietas and most importantly - the art of holding space.

I was in college, in pain and miserable. My long held dream of medical school to deliver babies was crumbling as I realized hospitals were not a conducive environment for birth or healing. My own health frustrations made me turn to alternative practices and herbal allies to heal my chronic conditions. Over time, my personal prosperous practice evolved into a steadfast commitment and joy in helping others heal holistically. Just as others helped me, it is an honor to illuminate another soul into their truth. I have witnessed the profound transformations that occur when we align ourselves with the universe’s innate intelligence while releasing any expectation and having the willingness to go inward with acceptance.

As of Fall 2023, Syrissa has begun her initiation for a Doctorate of Clinical Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. This is a modality that has helped her tremendously throughout her journey and it is exciting to soon be able to offer this service to patients as well.
